Responsibilities

• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, evaluating digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the technical implementation of digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize innovative, customized IT architectures, applying understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current trends like cloud computing and microservices.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in IT Consulting or software development.
• Knowledge of modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, willing to travel.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
