Role Responsibilities

• Build and develop a new Consulting team in Banking, contributing to the company's success.
• Engage in project work related to digitalization, process optimization, and transitions within banking, including technology interfaces.
• Identify early business opportunities and take initiatives to leverage them.
• Lead, develop, and retain team members.
• Maintain and expand client relationships through operational involvement.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant education, such as a university degree or banking qualification with additional credentials.
• Extensive experience in banking projects, especially in credit, payments, or securities, with initial leadership roles.
• Experience in proposal and contract development, particularly in external consulting roles.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences, with an open, helpful demeanor.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
