We are therefore looking for dedicated site managers for ventilation and air conditioning technology for all TLC locations in order to maintain the quality of our services at a high level at all times.

Your tasks in construction management:

• Independent handling of major projects
• Coordination, control and monitoring of construction projects
• Appropriate communication and support for our clients
• Measurement preparation
• Support with quality management
• Documentation

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in construction management an advantage
• You are an engineer, master craftsman and have experience in technical building equipment
• Customer orientation, assertiveness and reliability are sufficiently present
• Willingness to travel
• Confident handling of MS Office
