Your Role:

• Strategic Success: Pursue economic, contribution margin-oriented success, aligning with our business model.
• Growth Implementation: Drive the growth path through hiring, developing, and retaining employees.
• Hands-On Collaboration: Engage in technical collaboration on projects, taking roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Software Architect.
• Customer Focus: Expand and support customer relationships in your region, leveraging the entire SAP portfolio.
  

Your Skills:

• SAP Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP development or consulting, successfully managing numerous projects.
• Versatility: Expertise in various areas, including SAP FI, CO, SD, HCM, MM, development, architecture, project management, or basis.
• Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead teams, finding and nurturing entrepreneurial employees.
• Competent Management: Valued for your goal-oriented, motivational, and trustworthy leadership style.
• Network Utilization: Leverage a well-developed network in the SAP industry for profitable outcomes.
• Language: German (C1) and English fluent
