Your Role

You want responsibility, growth, and real impact?

As our Marketing Lead, you’ll work closely with the founders and take charge of lead generation, content, and performance marketing. You’ll help position us as a thought leader in the DACH region and support our expansion into markets like the UK, US, and Emirates.

Your mission: Build a predictable lead engine that fills our sales pipeline – so our business development team can focus on converting and delivering.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify the right channels and develop cross-platform social media strategies
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Create engaging content (LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts) that resonates with our audience
• Optimize our website for lead generation and brand positioning
• Support the founders as key persons of influence (content strategy, ghostwriting)
• Align all marketing efforts with business goals
• Lay the foundation for scalable marketing and growth processes

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development (internships/side projects count)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
• Strong interest in AI and its business applications
• Experience or motivation to dive into performance marketing
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Thrive in dynamic, remote work environments
• Passionate about driving growth and building something meaningful
