In connection with our business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment).
The VP of Delivery will strategically oversee the operations of 700+ people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategies, aligning with company goals, supervising engineering teams, managing performance and finances, and contributing to sales, presales, and account growth.
This role reports directly to the C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).
Requirements:
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar is a plus
- 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a large, established company (3000+ employees)
- Proven experience managing large engineering organizations of 700+ staff
- Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile expertise
- Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices and trends; experience as a solution architect is advantageous
- Understanding of Digital business, IT landscape, and emerging trends
- Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills
- Strategic planning and execution experience
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and assertive attitude
- In-depth knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures and governance
- Experience with business development and presale management
- Financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel frequently

- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality
- Drive adoption of new technologies and tools for innovation
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within teams
Client Partnership and Business Development:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their business goals
- Maintain strong client relationships for ongoing success
- Support top-priority pre-sales activities and guide the team
- Work with sales and marketing to develop segment strategies
Technology Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application
- Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with business goals
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends and technologies
