for the KIS Operations M-KIS & IS-H team at Asklepios IT-Services Hamburg GmbH in Hamburg, full-time and permanent

What does a TECHNICAL CONSULTANT/ADMINISTRATOR (w/m/d) do with us?

Primarily, we enjoy working in a team. Every day is varied and exciting: we value close collaboration with our clients.

We are pioneers in modernizing and digitalizing our clinics for the future.

You are responsible for second-level support for our clinics regarding our hospital information systems M-KIS & IS-H.

You are part of the team responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and administering physical and virtual environments of our KIS (Terminal-) Server farm, interface connections, and integrated peripherals (dictation devices, printers, scanners, TI card readers).

You analyze errors and develop solutions to resolve incoming issues from first-level support.

You assist manufacturer support with technical and analytical solutions.

Together with your team, you work on standardizing and expanding KIS platform architectures and services.

You support the implementation of application- and process-specific requirements and projects in our clinics with your technical expertise.

You Would Fit Well With Us If

- You are excited to advance digitalization in healthcare with us!
- You like to shape things and bring in new ideas, enjoy change, and share our hands-on mentality!
- You have successfully completed a vocational training or university degree related to information technology.
- You have knowledge in managing Windows and Linux servers and implementing IT solutions in KIS environments.
- Ideally, you have experience with KIS systems like M-KIS or medical software systems and hospital IT solutions.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of database programming with T-SQL and interface management.
- You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and can organize yourself well.
