  • Collaborate with business units to identify inefficiencies and implement improved ERP-supported workflows.
• System Administration and Oversight
  • Manage daily operations and ensure stability of the ERP system and all connected applications and interfaces.
• ERP Configuration Management
  • Adjust and maintain system settings and configurations to align with business requirements and ensure proper functionality.
• User Access and Security Control
  • Manage roles and permissions within the ERP system to maintain data integrity and secure access.
• Assist users in implementing and using mobile solutions integrated with the ERP system for streamlined data input.
• EDI Process Consulting
  • Provide guidance and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, ensuring seamless integration with partners
• User Training Facilitation
  • Develop and conduct ERP training sessions to increase system knowledge and proficiency among end users.
• Offer continuous support to key users in various departments, helping them execute ERP-related tasks effectively
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives across all units.
• Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and user manuals to support consistent use and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing ERP usage and functionality, contributing to long-term system development.

Requirements

• Educational Background in IT
  • Completed education or degree in Information Technology or a comparable technical field.
• ERP Software Experience
  • Practical experience working with ERP systems such as Infor ERP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Business Process Management Expertise
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes within an ERP context.
• Fluency in German
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German to support communication in a German-speaking environment.
• ERP System Optimization Skills
  • Strong focus on optimizing ERP functionality to align with business needs and increase efficiency.
• Project Leadership Capability
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP-related projects, from planning to implementation.
• Structured Work Approach
  • Ability to work in a methodical and organized manner, ensuring clarity and precision in tasks.
