Shape the Future of AI Products - With Strategic Impact & Customer-Centric Mindset
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/x) who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a sharp strategic mindset, product vision, and customer focus to the table. In this role, you will shape real-world use cases and collaborate across UX, engineering, and client teams to turn complex needs into scalable solutions.
This position is based in the Dresden region and requires fluent German and English (minimum C1). We value regular onsite collaboration, especially with customers, UX and engineering teams, while supporting flexible hybrid work.

What You'll Do
- Engage directly with clients to understand real use cases and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Align product and platform directions with input from research, market needs, and customer pilots.
- Shape product roadmaps and drive platform harmonization as well as product delivery topics
- Define and prioritize features with high business and user value - across industries like construction, energy, finance, and healthcare.
- Collaborate closely with UX and development to ensure technically feasible and user-centric implementation.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both German and English - in workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management or adjacent fields (e.g. service delivery, project management, product consulting).
- A fast, abstract, and strategic mind: you switch contexts easily and synthesize complexity into clarity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to moderate strategic discussions and coach others - with or without formal leadership responsibility.
- Experience in leading cross-functional discovery and delivery processes, ideally in B2B settings.
- Fluency in German and English (C1), including the ability to switch languages ad hoc in strategic discussions.
