About Your Workplace

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie als Personalleitung eine zentrale Schlüsselfunktion innerhalb des Werkes und gestalten aktiv die Personalarbeit für mehr als 700 Beschäftigte mit. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und strategischer Bedeutung. Sie arbeiten mit einem eigenständigen, erfahrenen HR-Team zusammen und treiben gemeinsam spannende Projekte im Kontext von Digitalisierung und Transformation voran. Das ist die Aufgabe:

• Sparringspartner:in der Werksleitung sowie der Funktionsleitungen in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
• Sicherstellung effizienter, dienstleistungsorientierter HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee-Lifecycle
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von neun Direct Reports
• Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitnehmervertretung
• Überregionale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Business Unit sowie der Miele HR-Funktion

Das überzeugt uns:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung als HR-Leitung in einem industriellen Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Begleitung und Umsetzung von Transformationsprozessen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
