Für die Abteilung „Airborne Algorithms & Software“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n „Technical Project Manager Software-Entwicklung Airborne ISR Radar (w/m/d)" am Standort Immenstaad.

In unserer Abteilung sind wir verantwortlich für Spezifikation, Design, Implementierung und Verifikation von Software für luftgestützte Aufklärungsradare, inklusive Steuerung des Sensors und Prozessierung der Daten. Unsere modernen, leistungsfähigen Radarsysteme können in bemannten wie auch unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen eingesetzt werden, um Objekte an Land, auf See und in der Luft zu erkennen und zu identifizieren.

Ihre Aufgabe als Technical Project Manager wird es sein, ein kleines, hochinnovatives Team zu leiten, das die Software für eine neue Produktgeneration entwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Führung des Teilprojekts SW Next Generation zusammen mit dem Lead Engineer
• Verantwortung von Planung, Koordination sowie Monitoring & Control der Entwicklungsaktivitäten
• Erstellung von Entwicklungsstrategie, Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung und Functional Roadmap in Abstimmung mit dem Lead Engineer und dem Gesamtsystem
• Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam mit Projektleitung, Chief Engineer und den HW-Teams
• Sicherstellen der Lieferungen der Software in Zeit, Qualität und Kosten zur Flugerprobung und an Kunden
  
  

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Physik oder vergleichbar
• Weitreichende Berufserfahrung im Technical Management und / oder in der Softwareentwicklung
• Erfahrung in agiler System- und Softwareentwicklung für Embedded Systems
• Erfahrung im Bereich Technical Management sowie in der fachlichen Führung von Teams
• Erfahrung mit Radar vorteilhaft
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
