Your day-to-day :

1. Act as a key figure for financial insights by taking responsibility for cost controlling, margin analysis, and identifying, evaluating, and commenting on operational KPIs.
2. Create forecasts, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for the business, present these in meetings, and build and maintain partnerships with your business stakeholders.
3. Participate in the annual business plan and forecast preparation, maintaining consistent communication with the respective part of the organization and C-level executives.
4. Lead the month-end close process for specific units and ensure that the financial reports meet the high standards of our stakeholders and shareholders.
5. Collaborate in project controlling and the management of strategic initiatives in our international, private equity-backed, and growing environment:

• Managing global sales controlling, including commission calculation.
• Maintaining consistent communication with the sales organization and C-level executives.

• You're a Controller at heart: You have a strong preference for facts and figures and can easily convince others from your source of truth, as you have your data always fully in control—be it in Excel, SAP, or similar tools.

• Strong communication skills in both English and German are essential for this role.
