IT Application Manager (m/f/d)

For our client from the energy sector, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as IT Application Manager (m/f/d) full-time or part-time for a permanent position via direct placement.

Your tasks in IT:

• Implementation of new requirements in SAP HCM (in collaboration with the HR department)
• Direct contact person for the HR department for all relevant SAP HCM topics
• Customizing in PA, PY and PT
• Introduction of new applications and processes in the SAP HCM environment
• Management of external consultants in the SAP HCM environment
• Collaboration in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with focus on HCM

Your profile as Application Manager (m/f/d):

• A degree in the field of (business) informatics
• OR a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of development with SAP ABAP and HCM-specific components and functions
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM, in particular payroll and time management
