Basic Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in a Senior Software Development role, emphasizing C++ and embedded system development.
• Solid grasp of software development processes and industry best practices.
• Profound hands-on skills in C++ coding for embedded platforms.
• Proficiency in real-time operating systems and embedded hardware architecture.
• Acquaintance with the tools and techniques required for debugging embedded systems.
• The aptitude to guide and nurture a dedicated team of software engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Requirements

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related domain.
• Prior leadership in software development initiatives focused on embedded systems.
• Insight into low-level hardware interfacing and device driver creation.
• Understanding of microcontroller structures and bare-metal code development.
• Exposure to ADAS, ASPICE, ASIL, and ISO26262.
• Past experience in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or IoT.
• Comprehension of embedded system software testing and validation procedures.
• Awareness of security protocols pertinent to embedded software.
• History of involvement in the integration and testing phases of embedded systems.
• An enthusiasm to stay abreast with the latest in embedded systems and C++ innovations.
• Exceptional problem-solving acumen and adaptability in a high-paced setting.
