Basic Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in a Senior Software Development role, emphasizing C++ and embedded system development.
- Solid grasp of software development processes and industry best practices.
- Profound hands-on skills in C++ coding for embedded platforms.
- Proficiency in real-time operating systems and embedded hardware architecture.
- Acquaintance with the tools and techniques required for debugging embedded systems.
- The aptitude to guide and nurture a dedicated team of software engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Requirements
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related domain.
- Prior leadership in software development initiatives focused on embedded systems.
- Insight into low-level hardware interfacing and device driver creation.
- Understanding of microcontroller structures and bare-metal code development.
- Exposure to ADAS, ASPICE, ASIL, and ISO26262.
- Past experience in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or IoT.
- Comprehension of embedded system software testing and validation procedures.
- Awareness of security protocols pertinent to embedded software.
- History of involvement in the integration and testing phases of embedded systems.
- An enthusiasm to stay abreast with the latest in embedded systems and C++ innovations.
- Exceptional problem-solving acumen and adaptability in a high-paced setting.
