Your area of responsibility

We create product-centric content & commerce solutions such as product experience platforms, online catalogs, customer portals, web stores and corporate websites. The data management for these solutions takes place in the backend with API-integrated systems for product information management (PIM), master data management (MDM), digital media asset management (MAM/DAM) and content management (CMS). Data transformations play an important role in the integration of these systems.

XML transformations

• You create the XML transformation processes for our e-commerce, CMS and print solutions and integrate further transformations, e.g. of media data
• You create solutions for quality assurance of transformation processes and interfaces
• You use our XSLT and process control modules and contribute to their developement
• Optionally, you also work with other transformation and interface technologies such as Python or Node.js
  
  

Data management systems

• You import data into data management systems and export it for further processing in the transformation processes
• You define the data structure in data management systems and set them up accordingly
• You coordinate customer-specific requirements as part of our project team
• You support and train our customers in data maintenance and publication creation in the data management system
  
  

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, media or business informatics, technical documentation or comparable, alternatively other university degree and job-specific knowledge acquired through professional experience
• Comprehensive technological expertise and implementation experience in transformation processes with XML (XSLT, XQuery), process control and ideally management of media assets (at least 3 years)
• Ideally, experience with data management systems (PIM, MDM, MAM, DAM, CMS, ERP)
• Independence and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
• Good technical communication skills in German and/or English
