To strengthen our Global Marketing Wound Care team, we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager (d / f / m) in the area of Chronic Wound Care to join us as soon as possible.
This role can be based either in Hamburg or Gothenburg and includes responsibility for managing a team.
What you will do
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities with Customer & Market Insights to ensure actionable input for strategy and roadmap planning
- Oversee development and updates of business cases for innovation and lifecycle projects, aligned with market dynamics and strategy
- Align and consolidate product roadmaps across ranges, prioritizing by business potential, resources, and customer needs
- Manage product lifecycle, identifying updates, cost optimization, and sourcing strategies with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality
- Ensure consistent assortment management with clear product categorization (hero, core, non-core) and aligned actions
- Coordinate global product launch roadmap, ensuring best-in-class processes and local market readiness
- Guide reimbursement and pricing strategies with Medical and Market Access, including claims and evidence planning; validate pricing guidance across the portfolio
- Oversee creation of stakeholder-relevant value propositions using STP and HM Move methodology
- Ensure branding and communication align with product strategies and global positioning in collaboration with Marketing Communication
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Global Product Managers and Associate Product Managers
Who you are

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in healthcare / MedTech marketing, including experience managing global or regional portfolios
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and product launches
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
