THE ROLE

We seek talented, motivated individuals to join our team delivering data projects globally. As a Lead Data Consultant, you will lead program execution, including project planning and approach for moderately complex projects or teams.

You will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources, gather requirements, build conversion objects, and ensure maximum value through all project phases using your data skills and the Syniti platform.

As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet client needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After initial training, a Lead Consultant will:

• Understand Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Proficiently use Syniti’s tools, adhering to development standards.
• Understand business processes in assigned functional areas and learn new areas quickly.
• Know the technical data structures and definitions relevant to your functional area.
• Develop data migration rules and reports per specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Document processes and communicate status effectively.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience.
• Experience across multiple ERP implementations.
• Experience with large or complex projects.
• Database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
