Your Role

As Revenue Growth Management Director (m/f/d) you will lead our Revenue Growth Management Team and ensure the centralised cost Management as well as the deliverance of pricing campaigns with reliable storyline at a regional level.
You will be part of our Strategy Growth Management Leadership team driving the strategic revenue agenda and taking responsibility for the execution in terms of costing and pricing in a dynamic market environment.
This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our global Headquarter in Holzminden, Germany, or another of our local sites across Europe.

  • You manage and develop the RGM Team and ensure training and knowledge transfer within your team and key stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for building pricing rationale on profitability and portfolio analysis supported by SGM & FBP.
  • You ensure the aggregation and consolidation of pricing execution performance to provide transparent contribution in delivering F&B EAME goals.
  • You establish clear accountabilities, process map, principles, and RACI, to drive costing, price setting and price execution
  • You maximise value of SGM as a key central function with RGM, increasing organisational capabilities centrally and with all stakeholders through cross functional teamwork.
  • You ensure departmental alignment across interfaces and sharing of best practices.
  • You keep up to date with new pricing methodologies as per continuous improvement mindset.
  • You drive holistic development of tools, infrastructure, processes, performance management, mindset and capabilities.
  • You ensure data analysis and tool maintenance, to support F&B EAME strategic roadmap.
  • You define value attributes with SGM, Technical and Operations from solutions to Cost to serve.
  • You develop financial, strategical and tactical appraisal for "Deals".
  • You ensure timely internal decision-making process for Deals and support negotiation preparations - including strategy, tactics, negotiation corridor, scenarios, and tradables.
  • You participate actively in negotiations with focus customers.

Your Profile

  • You successfully completed your University degree in Business or equivalent discipline with Focus on Finance, Business Administration, or International Business.
  • You have at least 10 years Business Experience in a position in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales or Business Excellence.
  • You demonstrated Business acumen and understanding of interdependencies
    You are experienced in developing and establishing Pricing Excellence, Interface Management and cross funtional roles havintg a broad organisational perspective.
  • You have leadership experience and experience leading corporate processes in a multicultural environment.
  • You have a deep appreciation of the financial aspects of the business with strong data and analytical skills.
  • You are a strategic Thinker with the ability to translate theory into execution.
  • You have strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to lead and motivate.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally have a good command in another major languate such as German or French.
