Overview

Our five-month Fast Track Trainee Program in Business Consulting - Finance, starting in October 2025 across Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, München, Hamburg, Hannover, or Berlin, prepares you for a career as a Consultant. The first three months include interactive training and case studies to develop technical and methodological skills in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. The remaining two months involve supporting project teams both virtually and on-site, applying your knowledge practically. After completing the program, you will undertake diverse responsibilities such as:

• Supporting the optimization and redesign of accounting and controlling processes, organizational structures, and systems
• Enhancing system and process efficiencies, focusing on financial closing, automation, and corporate management tools
• Implementing consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions (e.g., BI systems) for transparency in profitability and cost management
• Participating in national and international projects involving innovative IT solutions like SAP S/4HANA, AI, or sustainability initiatives

Required Skills

• Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics, preferably with a focus on Finance
• Technological affinity, basic experience with SAP, HGB, IFRS, and at least two years in consulting or industry, especially in corporate treasury
• Enthusiasm for agile projects, responsibility-taking, flexibility, excellent German and English skills, and willingness to travel internationally
