What We Ask

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Specialization in pharmacy, health science, food technology, chemical engineering or related field is preferred
  • 10 years of experience in Sales of b2b pharma (knowledge of excipients industry is preferred)
  • Proven experience with international account management: customer focused and capable of analyzing and developing customer needs
  • Know-how of distribution management
  • Base knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation
  • Be a team player and contribute to the success of the EMEA sales team.
  • Quick learner, driven by results, passionate about making the deal and persevering until the goal has been achieved
  • Excellent communicator (oral & written) combined with presentation skills in English
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills

Vacancy Description

  • You are responsible for the DFE Pharma sales in region Eastern Europe
  • Your business partners are both direct customers as well as distributors
  • You are responsible to develop new business and identify new opportunities with existing and new products / services
  • You work on internal commercial projects and mediate with internal stakeholders,
  • You promote the DFE Pharma brand equities and value propositions (together with Marketing)
  • You participate in events in the regions and prepare and present public presentations
  • You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting and other reporting duties
  • You are a strong negotiator and negotiate the best possible deals for DFE Pharma

  • Maximalization of short- and longterm sales and profit goals
  • Successful translation of customers´needs

  • Generation of new customers
  • Growth of the project pipeline at existing customes

Team Details

  • You will be part of the EMEA sales team with ten people
  • 20% work-time in the headquarter in Goch (Germany), 30% home office and 50% traveling within the Eastern Europe region
