Co-Founder

Scale Engineering Studio partners with hardware and deep-tech startups working on physical innovation — covering all types of chemical manufacturing processes. We help bridge the gap between lab validation and industrial execution by addressing scale-up bottlenecks, drafting efficient process workflows, and preparing for pilot production. Our mission is to support engineers and non-engineers in transitioning from academic papers to full-scale industrial production.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder based in Berlin, Germany. As a Co-Founder, you will contribute to developing business strategies, drive engineering services, and marketing efforts. You will also engage in high-level communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members to ensure alignment and progress towards company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in manufacturing, production scale-up, process design, problem-solving techniques, and agile methods
