Senior Business Development Manager, Business Line IOS (d/m/f)

Location: Jena

Your Duties

  • Oversee the implementation of business objectives among sales, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Compare current sales figures to desired quotas and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets with expected revenue in 3-5 years.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners and ecosystems.
  • Facilitate growth opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Support ad hoc business reporting on opportunities, markets, and trends.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences.
  • Create and publish articles and presentations for brand development.
  • Present to internal executive management.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years in engineering or equivalent role.
  • 2+ years in business development or marketing.
  • 12-15 years in the semiconductor industry with a manufacturer.
  • 2+ years experience with microcontrollers and/or firmware products.
  • Strong influencing skills for communication within a matrix organization.
  • International travel experience in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Experience publishing material for tradeshows, conferences, or publications.
  • Optical or RF semiconductor experience preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% internationally.
