Your tasks

  • As Project Manager, you are responsible for managing one of our interdisciplinary and cross-departmental steering committees in our internationally operating Corporate Digitalization and Automation division.
  • You will organize the planning, coordination, and moderation of the committee.
  • You will maintain an overview of open tasks by organizing planning, coordination, and review processes.
  • You will coordinate the development and prioritization of tasks, milestones, and schedules.
  • You will identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Through regular reporting, you will ensure that (top) management and other stakeholders are always informed about the progress of tasks, milestones, and schedules.
  • You will serve as the central point of contact between product, program, and development management as well as the committee.

Your profile

  • You are interested in supporting our PMO team as a temporary parental leave replacement for one year.
  • You have several years of experience in project management or multi-project management, ideally in an international environment.
  • You are familiar with project management tools and methods (ideally Atlassian Jira and Confluence).
  • You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and are a team player.
  • You have high coordination and organizational skills, enabling you to find efficient and pragmatic ways to turn ideas and requirements into reality.
  • You have a good technical understanding, an interest in digitization, and ideally experience in mechanical engineering and software development.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
