For our headquarters in Augsburg, we are seeking a Immobilienkauffrau/Immobilienkaufmann als Sachbearbeiter Immobilien (m/w/d) to support our Real Estate department. The position is to be filled as soon as possible, full-time with 39 hours per week. The role is permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Rental/lease of residential and commercial properties, including contract processing
• Tenant support, including drafting rental agreements, inspections, handovers, and deposit accounting
• Property-related matters
• Billing of operating and ancillary costs
• Property inspections and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Analysis, monitoring, and optimization of ongoing operating costs with a focus on sustainability

Qualifications:

• Commercial training or further education, preferably in real estate or a successful degree in real estate/business administration
• Several years of experience in real estate is desirable
• Basic knowledge of business and real estate management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and persuasiveness
• Self-reliant, structured, and goal-oriented work style, with high team spirit, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
