Senior Product Manager with a UX focus (f/m/x) who bridges product thinking, user-centered design, and technical feasibility. This role is perfect for someone who loves driving design maturity, UX strategy, and consistent user experiences in complex AI products.
This position is based in the
Dresden region and requires fluent
German and English (minimum C1). We value regular onsite collaboration, especially with UX and engineering teams, while supporting flexible hybrid work.

Your Impact- Shape and drive the UX strategy for a suite of AI-driven products - from research insights to harmonized design patterns.
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Engineers to anchor user-centric thinking in our product and platform work.
- Enable and shape the "UX ambassador" role across our teams, and advocate for inclusive, consistent experiences.
- Translate research findings into product improvements and structure new feature ideas using JTBD, Design Sprints, or UX roadmaps.
- Contribute to a sustainable, scalable UX direction across interfaces, technologies, and customer segments.
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in product management, UX-driven roles, or similar positions at the intersection of design and strategy.
- Solid knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) methods and processes.
- Experience with prototyping (Figma), user interviews (planning, conducting, analyzing), and usability testing (execution).
- Empathy for user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product decisions.
- Familiarity with UX frameworks, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to communicate product vision clearly across disciplines.
- Fluency in German and English (C1) with the ability to lead and moderate UX-relevant discussions in both languages.
