As a Kundenberater/Verkäufer (m/w/d) in our Diabetes-Fachgeschäft, you will be the local diabetes expert in Chemnitz. With your expertise and our manufacturer-neutral product range, we aim to improve our customers' lives together.

Your responsibilities:

• Sales activities: Responsible for selling both prescription and non-prescription products.
• Customer advice and support: Providing information about products, training offerings, and new developments in diabetes care.
• Customer training: Demonstrating the handling of various devices, aids, and accessories such as blood glucose meters, insulin pens, lancets, and lancing devices.
• Cash register management and orders: Ensuring proper processing of cash receipts and orders.
• Inventory management: Assisting with goods receipt inspections, product storage, and monitoring stock levels.

Your profile:

• Completed training in healthcare or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales and customer advice, preferably in medical devices or pharmacy.
• Knowledge of diabetes and its management is advantageous.
• Empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style.
