We are seeking to fill the position of Leiter Operations (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of all business functions within the responsible area, focusing on leadership, efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth.
• Active management of transformation processes in healthcare.
• Implementation of the growth strategy of Segeberger Kliniken Gruppe within legal frameworks.
• KPI-based performance management, including defining and implementing appropriate action plans.
• Ensuring and further developing operational excellence across the clinics.
• Identifying and realizing operational efficiency and growth potentials.
• Supporting talent development across various professional groups.
• Fostering an open, solution-oriented team culture with clear communication and pragmatism in daily operations.
• Collaborating closely and trustfully with central functions and various departments within the group.
• Implementing group-wide digital transformation projects.

Profile

• Degree in economics or related field with excellent results.
• Extensive experience in healthcare or a similar service sector.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing executives and a focus on sustainable employee development.
• Experience in digitalizing operational processes and implementing complex systems in a regulated environment.
• Ability to connect operational business with strategic development, acting as a sparring partner for management.
• Implementation strength, analytical skills, and data-driven approach.
• Integrative personality with strong communication skills and proactive work style.
• High sense of responsibility, decisiveness, and solution orientation in a dynamic environment.
