We are looking for you and your expertise to manage and control the construction of highly complex EPCM projects.

• Overarching construction project management for the realization of highly complex production and industrial sites, e.g., for semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing
• Overall responsibility for the schedule, quality, and cost-compliant handling of tasks in the construction or execution phase on-site
• Content and organizational leadership of project teams across various trades and subcontractors
• Planning, steering, and coordinating necessary capacities and resources, always aiming to achieve project goals
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety measures
• Active and continuous optimization of internal processes and workflows, including training of involved personnel

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, building services, energy technology, architecture, or technical qualification as a technician/master with relation to construction
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g., as (site) manager, senior foreman, or project manager in industrial construction
• Experience in leading project teams and subcontractors, with a strong entrepreneurial and communicative mindset
• Proficient knowledge and application of VOB, HOAI, and other standard German construction regulations
• Willingness to travel for projects and regular on-site assignments across Germany
