Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Mitarbeiter*in mit chemischer oder biochemischer Ausbildung zur Leitung unseres Analytiklabors.

• Aufreinigung von stabil isotopenmarkierten Metaboliten aus Fermentationsproben
• Qualitätskontrolle unserer Produkte mit chromatographischen und massenspektrometrischen Methoden (z.B. HPLC, LC-MS)
• Organisation und Leitung des Analytiklabors
• Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Methoden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Forschung

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Chemie, Biochemie oder verwandter Naturwissenschaften
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in analytischer Chemie, insbesondere Chromatographie und Massenspektrometrie
• Berufserfahrung im Labor
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Silantes GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized biotechnology company based in Munich. We specialize in the production and distribution of stable isotope-labeled compounds for research and development in biochemistry, molecular biology, and medicine.

To support our growing team, we are currently seeking a qualified chemist or biochemist to take on the role of Head of our Analytical Laboratory.

• Purification of stable isotope-labeled metabolites from fermentation samples
• Quality control of our products using chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS)
• Management and coordination of the analytical laboratory
• Continuous improvement of analytical processes and workflows
• Close collaboration with production and research teams

• Completed education or degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
• Solid experience in analytical chemistry, especially chromatography and mass spectrometry
• Professional laboratory experience
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Flexibility and strong team spirit
