Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to backend development using Golang and PHP.
• Support and develop your team members' skills and careers.
• Ensure high standards in software quality and delivery of IAM and Mailing products.
• Develop and monitor relevant KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in product teams with ownership of end-to-end solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Golang and PHP.
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required; passion for people management is desired.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and results-oriented approach.
