Business Development Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Specialization in the field of wind energy with a focus on application engineering and tribology
- Independent management of sales discussions as well as negotiations on both technical and commercial levels
- Identification, evaluation, and implementation of new business opportunities and market potential
- Global account management with comprehensive technical and commercial responsibility
- Leadership and implementation of strategic projects, e.g., to increase revenue or to develop innovative products, tribological solutions, and process optimizations
- Responsibility for strategic and operational planning in close coordination with international subsidiaries
- Worldwide technical and commercial support for local sales units
Qualifications
- Completed degree or equivalent education in a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in sales, application, business development, or product management – ideally with a connection to the wind energy sector
- Solid experience in managing international accounts is desirable
- Strong enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 30%)
