Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships
- Convey the brand message to enhance the customer journey
- Provide an outstanding shopping experience to significantly influence sales in assigned stores/areas
- Maximize potential across all product categories through brand storytelling and synergy promotion
- Support leadership in creating an inclusive, customer-focused work environment
- Assist management in achieving sales and profit goals using service metrics
- Help develop the team’s product knowledge and sales culture
- Be an expert in Ralph Lauren store systems, processes, and cash management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and presentation
- Support marketing initiatives and pricing changes
