Information Security Manager (m/f/d) - SCAYLE Payments

SCAYLE Payments is the fintech behind the ABOUT YOU marketplace and ensures smooth payment processes for our customers.

As Information Security Manager (m/f/d), you will support the ISO of SCAYLE Payments. You will build collaboration and communication bridges between SCAYLE Payments ISMS and the AboutYou Group ISMS, leaving your footprint for a BaFin-regulated entity. This includes conducting safety assessments, training and raising awareness, performing risk assessments, and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Developing information security guidelines and relevant regulations, and monitoring compliance
• Managing and coordinating the information security process within the organization, overseeing it with IT service providers, and participating in related tasks
• Participating in the creation and updating of emergency response plans related to information security
• Implementing and monitoring information security measures
• Ensuring compliance with information security in projects and procurement processes
• Serving as a contact point for information security issues within the organization and with third parties
• Investigating security incidents and reporting findings to management
• Leading awareness and training initiatives on information security

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, or in-house roles
• Certification such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Strong knowledge of German IT regulations (DORA, BSI)
• Self-motivated, fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate and present effectively, acting as an expert and advocate for risk management at the executive level
