Job Overview

The Mainframe Outsourcing Management unit is responsible for managing mainframe services and providing consultancy within the Generali group. This role involves supplier management and supporting internal units with mainframe topics.

Responsibilities

  • Support GOSP customers with daily Mainframe operations and projects.
  • Manage and oversee services provided by the service provider.
  • Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing Mainframe services with the service provider.
  • Support GOSP management on Mainframe-related issues.
  • Participate in risk security, auditing, and certification processes related to Mainframe services, including ISAE and ISO audits.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in IT with relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and confidence.
  • High engagement and customer-oriented approach.
  • Solution-oriented with teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Deep understanding of Mainframe technologies, z/OS, and subsystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with Generali Mainframe environment (preferred).
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
