Position: Manufacturing Process Supervisor

Location: Reutlingen, Germany

Tasks

• Participation in the development of new manufacturing processes, taking new technologies into account;
• Independent supervision of production facilities in semiconductor manufacturing with a focus on improving machine availability, process quality, and yield for process issues (e.g., process-intrinsic cleaning, SPC rules);
• Conducting economic feasibility studies, cost comparisons, and ratio analyses within the framework of technical feasibility;
• Developing measures to increase process flexibility and reduce costs for process issues for decision-making and presenting them after coordination in a change meeting;
• Optimizing existing manufacturing processes and creating a plan for implementation, ensuring implementation;Project implementation,
• coordination, analysis, and evaluation of trials to optimize manufacturing processes;
• Training and technical guidance of manufacturing employees on process issues (e.g., visual inspection for new manufacturing processes, processing of process-relevant batches, rework);"
  
  

Requirements

• Completed university degree (master's/diploma) in natural sciences or engineering;
• Knowledge and practical experience in the field of semiconductor technology;
• Professional experience as a process engineer, ideally in the field of CMP;
• Independent, self-reliant, cooperative, results-oriented work style;
• Communication skills and resilience, ability to work in a team;
• Very good German and English skills
