We're looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a forward-thinking tech company specializing in cloud consulting, custom software development, and managed services. If you're passionate about Microsoft technologies, automation, and solving complex problems in cloud environments — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) for enterprise environments
• Configure and maintain security & compliance settings
• Manage Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and user access policies
• Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
• Contribute to cloud automation with Azure Functions
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support (beyond helpdesk)
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal tech teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Power Automate, and Azure Functions
• Familiarity with security & compliance best practices
• Consulting or managed services experience is a big plus
• Scripting with PowerShell is a bonus
• German: C1 (required)
• Proactive, structured, and solutions-driven
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers
• Enjoys working in cross-functional teams
