As a trusted designer and facilitator, the dynamic team contributes to successful cross-departmental projects and improved results right from the start. Together, they create excellent and sustainable solutions for Porsche Deutschland GmbH and the German market.

During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the cross-departmental Finance and IT division of Porsche Deutschland and support us in the following exciting projects and activities:

Actively support the Management Assistant in day-to-day operationsAssistance in the preparation of appointments and top management committeesParticipation in cross-departmental projects for organizational development particularly in efficiency improvement projectsAnalyzing and preparing information and data, as well as creating presentations and decision-making documentsSupporting the conception and coordination of operational projects and strategic measuresContributing to the creation of a motivating and modern corporate culture

Requirements

Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship or internship as part of a gap year is possibleDegree in economics or a comparable fieldIdeally, some practical experienceStrong communication and teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and a confident demeanorIndependent, structured, and analytical working styleConfident use of MS OfficeGood English skillsVery good German skills (at least B2 level)
