Position: Leiter Controlling und Finanzbuchhaltung (w/m/d)

Type: Permanent, full-time

• Develop and implement strategies for controlling and accounting.
• Manage financial processes and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and forecasts; define and implement KPIs; handle internal and external reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize software usage (LucaNet, Diamant, Cadoys) and workflows.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team; foster innovation in controlling and accounting.
• Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or related field or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in controlling and financial accounting.
• Leadership experience is desirable or willingness to grow into a leadership role.
• Knowledge of relevant software (LucaNet, Diamant, Cadoys) is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, affinity for numbers and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and innovative mindset.
