Als Allround-Discounter sind wir mit über 30.000 Artikeln seit fast 60 Jahren erfolgreich tätig. Derzeit befinden wir uns in einer dynamischen Wachstumsphase mit einer geplanten Ausweitung unseres Filialnetzes. Für unseren Bestandsmarkt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt jeweils einen Marktleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
• Personaleinsatzplanung
• Warenannahme, Warenverräumung und Dekoration
• Umsetzung von Präsentationsvorgaben
• Überwachung von Kennzahlen
• Inventurverantwortung für die Filiale
  
  

Ihr Profil

• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Einzelhandel
• Bereitschaft zu Arbeit an Samstagen und Abenden
• Freude am Verkauf und hohe Kundenorientierung
• Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
• PC-Kenntnisse (Office-Anwendungen, Warenwirtschaftssystem)
