We are seeking an experienced Personalreferent / HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to strengthen our team and develop our HR practices.

Responsibilities

Your Role in Brief

As HR Business Partner, you will be the primary contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters. You will support the implementation of HR strategies in compliance with labor, tariff, and company law. You will also guide change processes, foster strategic HR and organizational development, and actively shape our corporate culture as a link between business and HR.

Detailed Tasks

  • Proactively support managers and staff in all HR questions, adhering to legal and tariff regulations
  • Manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit
  • Initiate performance and talent management processes and develop personnel initiatives
  • Handle disciplinary actions and support labor court procedures
  • Collaborate with internal committees and external HR service providers, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards

Organizational Development & Projects

  • Support organizational change, transformation, and development projects
  • Lead HR initiatives within HOLBORN, HR department, and the group (English-speaking environment)
  • Develop retention strategies, modern work concepts, and benefit initiatives

Administration & Reporting

  • Handle administrative HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, time management, and training requests
  • Create HR metrics and participate in HR reporting and controlling

Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a dynamic, international industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor, social security, and collective bargaining law, including shift work
  • Experience in project management, process management, and change management
  • Experience working with works councils or similar bodies
  • Proficient in HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, confident in engaging with all organizational levels
  • Structured, solution-oriented, discreet, and responsible working style
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for change
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
