Head of Robotics Product Management (Human)

Your mission & challenges

As Head of Robotics Product Management, you will be the strategic and operational leader for our robotics product portfolio. You'll define the vision, lead a high-performing team, and turn groundbreaking ideas into successful products. This role is your opportunity to shape the future of robotics – from concept to market.

• Own and define the product vision and roadmap for NEURA’s robotic platforms
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team
• Translate complex technical innovations into clear, compelling value propositions
• Align product strategy with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product success
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Represent the product team internally and externally – with partners, customers, and leadership
• Establish KPIs and ensure data-driven product decisions

• Extensive experience in robotics or automation
• Several years in product management, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies
• Strong leadership skills: you inspire, empower, and bring clarity to your team
• Visionary mindset combined with hands-on execution and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Background in engineering, computer science, robotics, or business-related fields
