Overview

• Applicants must reside in Germany or Austria (Lindau am Bodensee, Bregenz, Frankfurt or surrounding areas) and hold a valid work permit for these countries.
• 2 days of home office per week

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies: Plan and implement business strategies to enhance efficiency, growth, and competitiveness.
• Optimize operations: Oversee and improve daily operations to deliver top-tier results.
• Lead teams: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential business risks in a regulated industry.
• Collaborate: Work with the board and departments like Compliance, Tech, and Marketing to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as DLT-TSS.

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role within fintech, blockchain, or stock exchange sectors
• Management experience is advantageous
• Deep knowledge of DLT, TSS, and financial regulations
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and results-oriented approach
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
