In unserem Privacy Success Team in bist du einer der zentralen Ansprechpersonen für unsere Kund:innen.

Du bist Expert:in, wenn Unternehmen Fragen im Datenschutz und der IT-Sicherheit haben. Dabei beschäftigst du dich nicht nur mit Fragestellungen und Problemen einer Industrie oder einem Unternehmen, sondern tauchst ab in Unternehmen aller Branchen, von der Finanz-, über die Gesundheits- bis zur Bildungs-Welt. Mit uns hast du die Möglichkeit viele spannende Fragen und Problem zu lösen und Innovation im Bereich Datenschutz und Compliance voranzutreiben.

Deine Mission

• Direkter Kontakt mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen – von Start-ups bis zum Mittelstand
• Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in allen Datenschutzfragen
• Durchführung und Koordination von jährlichen Audits, um höchste Standards sicherzustellen
• Entwicklung praxisnaher Datenschutzstrategien und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
• Gestaltung interaktiver Datenschutz-Schulungen für Kunden und interne Teams
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Compliance-Prozessen
• Beobachtung und Analyse neuer gesetzlicher Anforderungen im Datenschutzbereich, um Kunden immer up-to-date zu halten
  
  

Dein Profil

• Erste Erfahrung im Datenschutz - idealerweise in der Beratung in verschiedenen Branchen
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Jura oder Rechtswissenschaften
• Den Willen, heyData zum führenden Compliance SaaS Startup aufzubauen
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Freude an der Kommunikation und eine kundenorientierte Mentalität
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache auf Muttersprachniveau ist ein Plus
• Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und eine Passion für Team-Work
