BairesDev is a fully remote global tech company seeking a Young Professional IT Recruiter. You will support end-to-end recruitment processes, build a strong candidate pipeline, and grow sourcing and interviewing skills with experienced recruiters.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS records while collaborating with senior recruiters to refine search strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.
