Auxis is seeking an OC Analyst to administer and support clients’ operating system environments, aiming for high availability and performance. You will interpret alerts, manage Windows Server services (DHCP, DNS, AD, CA), respond to events, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve OS-related issues.

The role requires basic Windows server administration, AD familiarity, and a background in IT or related fields.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic experience administering Windows servers and understanding networking infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience or academic background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret alerts for operating system issues, hardware performance, security vulnerabilities, and other basic systems management tasks.
• Manage alerts for Microsoft Windows Server OS services such as DHCP, DNS, AD, and CA.
• Respond to events to ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availability.
• Collaborate with client application teams to resolve operating system, availability, and performance-related issues.
• Monitor security, backup, and redundancy systems according to predefined standards.
• Work closely with and support the IT Service Desk, Engineering team, and vendors to expedite issue resolution.
• Regularly review logs of events based on organization/client requirements.
• Properly administer assigned tickets, including documentation, updates, and managing ticket performance.
