IntouchCX in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Mental Health Practitioner to provide proactive psychological wellbeing support for employees in content moderation and Trust & Safety roles.

You will conduct individual wellbeing coaching, crisis intervention, and group sessions, maintain confidential records, and coordinate referrals when needed. Fluency in Spanish and English, a Master’s in Psychology, and at least three years of post-degree experience are required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Active professional registration in Colombia or Guatemala.
• 3+ years of mental-health experience post-degree.
• Experience with short-term evidence-based interventions.
• Experience with trauma-related distress and resilience.
• Training in suicide/self-harm risk assessment and intervention.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with content-moderator/workforces a plus.
• Strong ethics, privacy and confidentiality practices.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive psychological-wellbeing support to employees in content moderation and Trust & Safety roles.
• Conduct scheduled and on-demand individual wellbeing coaching or short-term counselling.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
• Deliver group wellbeing sessions addressing resilience and stress management.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure privacy.
