Autodesk Water Customer Success is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist to act as trusted advisor, helping customers maximize Autodesk investment and achieve measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidate has drainage design and SSF modeling expertise, deep product knowledge (InfoDrainage, SSA, Civil 3D), and strong communication to guide adoption across AMER accounts. You will travel 2-4 times per year and collaborate with account teams to deliver coaching and enablement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant civil or water resources field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in drainage design, stormwater, or flood analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scalable service offerings to accelerate customer success and value realization.
• Act as technical trusted advisor, aligning customer objectives with Autodesk solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams and drive customer success initiatives.
• Demonstrate product expertise to advance customers' adoption plans.
• Travel 2–4 times per year to support engagements and events.
