The role requires strong editing, storytelling, and experience with AI-powered tools. You will ensure brand consistency, deliver within tight timelines, and adapt to feedback with minimal rework.

Responsabilidades

• Pacing & Hooks: Capture attention within the first few seconds and remove unnecessary content, pauses, and sections that reduce engagement.
• Storytelling & Structure: Transform raw or lengthy recordings into focused videos with a clear message, engaging flow, and strong closing.
• Short-Form Content: Repurpose long-form videos into engaging clips for LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, including captions and on-screen text.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Use tools such as Descript, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro AI features to streamline captioning, silence removal, resizing, and editing.
• Brand Consistency: Develop reusable templates for intros, lower thirds, colours, and visual elements to maintain consistent company branding.
• Speed & Reliability: Deliver time-sensitive content, particularly news-reaction videos, within 24–48 hours.
• Taking Direction: Execute video content using Rahul Sinha's scripts and incorporate Bhushan's feedback with minimal supervision.
