NeoWork is hiring Video Editors to join creative teams producing content for U.S. brands. You will edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, turning raw footage into content that performs.

The role is 100% remote from Colombia with a US-aligned schedule. You will work with Premiere Pro/After Effects or DaVinci Resolve, deliver on tight deadlines, and contribute to storytelling through engaging edits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
• A portfolio showcasing recent editing work.
• Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.
• Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads).
• Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while bringing your own ideas.
• Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow.
• Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines.
