KNWN Local hires a remote video editor to craft real estate YouTube content that drives leads and sales for multiple clients. You will join a pod with a YouTube Manager, strategists, writers, and designers, contributing to a scalable production system that delivers 4 videos per client per month across 15+ clients.

The role demands fast turnaround, high-quality edits, and ongoing collaboration. You will evolve within a growing team offering structured processes and performance-based growth

Formación

• 2–3 years of professional editing experience.
• Portfolio showcasing your best work required.
• Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve; Premiere Pro and After Effects helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver 2 videos per week during the 60‑day trial, ramping to 3+ per week.
• QC your edits against our checklist before submission.
• Communicate daily and maintain seamless workflows with the team.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize videos for retention and engagement.
• Share editing resources and collaborate with editors, writers, and designers.
